The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod (LCMS) is a mission-oriented, Bible-based, confessional Christian denomination headquartered in St. Louis, MO, founded on the teachings of Martin Luther. Its mission is to vigorously to make known the love of Christ by word and deed within our churches, communities, and the world. Today, the LCMS has more than 2.3 million baptized members in more than 6,100 congregations and more than 9,000 pastors.

Indiana District Of The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod

The Indiana District is one of 35 districts of The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod. Its mission is to encourage and assist the Christian outreach and nurture its congregations and other ministries. The district consists of member congregations from the entire state of Indiana and 37 counties in Kentucky. The administrative offices of the Indiana District are located in Fort Wayne, IN.

Lutheran Church Extension Fund  

The Lutheran Church Extension Fund (LCEF) is a financial organization that empowers ministry. The LCEF serves the Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod (LCMS) partners in the U.S. and around the world who are passionate about ministry. Through the dollars invested by over 50,000 individuals, congregations, schools, organizations, and businesses, LCEF assists ministries with customized loans and ministry support services that help leaders respond to growth and community needs.

Lutheran Church Missouri—Synod Black Ministry  

LCMS Black Ministry provides encouragement, assistance, advocacy, and influence to LCMS districts, congregations, and schools for synod-wide engagement in ministry to people of African-American descent and other ethnic cultures. It promotes faithfulness to theology that is contextually holistic, touching lives with the Gospel through mercy care in the context of daily experiences.

 Lutheran High School of Indianapolis  

The mission of Lutheran High School of Indianapolis is to prepare young adults for a Christian life while providing academic excellence in a Christ-centered environment. Lutheran High School of Indianapolis is open to students of any race, color, and creed who desire a quality education in a Christian environment. While the majority of our student body is Lutheran – Baptist, Catholic, Church of Christ, Methodist, Presbyterian, and other religious denominations as well as unchurched families are represented in our student body.
